At Pettasty Pet Shop, we are committed to delivering your favorite pet supplies quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the options available, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, tracking procedures, and more — so you can shop with confidence.
1. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping services for all online orders:
- Standard Shipping: Our most affordable option. Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and order volume.
- Expedited Shipping: A faster option for urgent needs. Delivery typically occurs within 2–3 business days.
- Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping for qualifying orders (based on promotional thresholds). Check our website banner or promotions page for current offers.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM (local time) on Friday or during weekends will begin processing the following business day.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs depend on your delivery address, package weight, and chosen shipping speed. The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment. Orders that meet our minimum threshold for free shipping will not incur delivery charges.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all continental U.S. states and selected U.S. territories. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We are actively working on expanding our delivery network in the near future.
5. PO Boxes, APO & FPO
At this time, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. Please use a valid residential or business address to ensure successful delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You can track your package on the shipping carrier’s website to monitor delivery progress in real time.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen factors such as inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier issues may result in temporary delays. We will notify you immediately of any significant shipping issues and provide updated estimated delivery times.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is missing items, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue — either via replacement or refund. Please keep the original packaging and take photos (if applicable) to assist our support team.
9. International Shipping
We currently do not offer shipping outside the United States. If you’re interested in international delivery, please reach out to info@merasopic.com so we can assess demand for future expansion.
10. Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the carrier was unable to deliver after multiple attempts, we will contact you for a new delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
